Your attitude and the way you served me was SO very poor. I understood K-Marts return policy is that if youre not happy with their product you can return it no problem.Please get retrained on this value statement! Of course my child is going to wear the shoes in the first few days, if they constantly hurt her feet, yes I am going to return them as the product is either not up to scratch or not suitable ! Kmarts value statement remember - only too happy to refund. Well, you gave me a grilling, you could say you bullied me in fact .... very sad :( Went to Big W after that and purchased everything I needed there. Will never shop at Kmart again in case Im not happy with the products I buy and NEVER want to have to return anything again in case I have to deal with YOU Michelle again.
